Buyer beware. Although this place is very nice and very clean, they regularly raise prices significantly. What was once a very reasonable fee has jumped multiple times, the latest being nearly $40 per month.
Isaiah was so wonderful & so helpful. He showed me multiple units & told me which ones had discounted prices on them. He was so thorough & so friendly. His customer service was top notch. This man deserves a raise!!! Thank you Isaiah!! Your customer service was a breath of fresh air in the world we live in today.
Isaiah helped me with the process of renting my storage unit for the summer. He was very kind and helpful. I have used Extra Space Storage for several years now and I have no complaints. It is always a very smooth and easy process. The employees are always willing help in any way they can.
