I’ve been at the storage facility 2 years before Extra Space took over. It was a bumpy transition as a customer but the property manager, Omar, listened to my concerns. Some were over his head where he routed my issues. Over time my needs were met and I am a happy customer. I will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.
