Have had some challenges with the climate controlled space, but my issues have been resolved efficiently - and cheerfully - as they arose. The facility is pretty new so one expects a few glitches but resolved quickly. The price is good and the space is adequate for our needs. The employees are very willing to help when needed.
James Clarke provided stellar customer service! He made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. He gave me different options and ensured that I was satisfied with my choice. He had a ready smile and welcomed me when I walked in the store. I unhesitatingly recommend this store and the spaces here.
We have used Extra Space Storage many times with varying levels of success. However, the facility at FM 2499 in Denton, TX outdid itself. We needed to arrange a complicated move out and James Clark handled the process professionally and personably. We especially appreciated his attention to detail at the end. Over the months we had items in their care, he and his staff did a fine job. Kudos!!!
The process to rent was so easy and Miko was incredibly helpful! She took the time to explain everything and answer every question even though we came in shortly before closing. 10/10 experience
I have been a customer for 1.5 years and I want to express my gratitude to the manager, Devin, at the Denton Tx location, who has been so wonderful to work with! I had some issues with one of my units and he immediately handled the situation and actually cares about helping people. He is a huge asset to the Extra Space team and deserves a raise and recognition.
