Customer service was awesome! We were in a bind and had more then we thought, I believe it was Jessica who helped us get into a bigger unit just before close. She was very helpful. Over all I've had a unit here for almost one year now. And I haven't had 1 problem! Thanks Jessica! 🤗
Jessica has outstanding customer service . She explained all details and offered more options to store my toys. I was in a rush so I was hoping they would open in time . She onlocked the doors 5 minutes before 9am. Need to add that I got a good online deal. I hope they keep it for a long time.
My experience at Extra Space Storage was phenomenal. Upon arrival I was greeted with assistance from Jessica, one of the amazing employees at Extra Space. She was able to answer all of my questions and took the time to look at details that I wanted to know. On top of that, storage units were very clean, the hours of the property are flexible, and the prices were certainly reasonable. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a storage unit.
The staff was very kind and helpful. They made my experience simple. The place is clean and feels secure. I’d definitely return.
Awesome 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A clean new environment. They have a New look freshly painted. Love the employees personalities. They’re very nice, very helpful and always willing to help with any questions we may have. Units are clean and spacious. I love that they have variety in sizes.
