Easy rental process, took me 5 minutes to rent a spot, and I was very surprised by the amount of space you get! Staff here is amazing too, I met with August at the front desk and he was able to guide me through the garage/warehouse, answering any questions I had and was thorough with the storage process!
Great experience with the physical location!! August is excellent - personable, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about his customers. When I moved my stuff in, he gave a great tour with easy-to-follow directions and little hints/tips that were handy! The facility is great. Very, VERY clean. Entrance using your code is easy, the main garage doors are in perfect working order, and plenty of space to park indoors out of the elements to load/unload.
