Tonya was so kind, helpful and efficient. She was knowledgeable about additional moving supplies needed and provided advise with consideration of understanding how costly and quickly moving expenses can rack up. She demonstrated such thoughtfulness & trust worthiness. The facility is absolutely spotless, gated and requires a key code to enter, well lit and offers daily long hours which make access very convenient. Extremely clean facility! And, lets not mention, the staff is top tier!! I had so many questions and went back and forth about what I needed, which I know can be frustrating for someone that has other work to do and customers to help. But Tonya was sooo patient with me!
