This is an awesome storage unit right near to ball state campus. The prices are very decent.Actually they're exceptional.We got a five by ten and only spent forty dollars for the entire summer because we got it for 7 dollars a month plus fees. Its very clean and everybody is very nice there. We had a little trouble with the gate once and they came right out and helped fix it. Securing the space was a lot easier than I was anticipating. I need to store an RV and they have the available parking at a really affordable rate. Trevor assisted me over the phone securing the space and was very friendly and helpful . I wasn't expecting renting a storage space to be an actually enjoyable experience but thanks to Trevor it was! Started my day off on the right foot
I went in to use the kiosk and the on-site manager was very polite. He came in the kiosk station and I immediately stopped using the kiosk and did the process with the on-site manager. He knew what he was doing I definitely recommend renting. And they provide the lock, that’s awesome!!!!
Fabulous experience Clean, easy to access, convenient app to use to unlock gate. My daughter moved out of unit on 1st of the month. Manager called to say he would refund that month's charge. So appreciate that. Would recommend to any Ball State student storing items over the summer.
I just started renting from the company, yet so far I have experienced great customer service. Trevor has been very pleasant to work with. He listened to my needs and I have a space waiting for me this week.
