Liz is great! She helped me choose the right storage unit and she made the whole process smooth and easy even when I made some changes in the original plan. She was so kind and helpful.
Reserving a unit was easy online. Had immediate access to my storage unit once rented. Was given a security code right to my phone and my unit had a brand new sealed lock waiting for me to use. Facility is very clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend.
I set up my storage rental over the phone with Terri's help today, and it was a very simple, efficient process. I was able to sign the lease online which was great. Downloading the ExtraSpaceStorage App to get digital Gate Code access was very straightforward. Overall, a very positive experience!

I have been a customer of this facility for 4 years, and have sat through the changes as it went from Space Place to Extra Space. After dealing with some issues over the corporate customer service line, I called the West Lebanon office directly and had the pleasure of speaking with Liz. She got me all sorted out with no headache and was a wonderful breath of fresh air to talk to.
