I called on Friday to rent a unit and was set up right away. The guy (I can’t remember his name) was super helpful and excellent customer service. Then I received a call almost immediately from the manager of the facility of my unit to just welcome me aboard and give me details. I then decided the unit I got may not be big enough. My experience was incredibly positive. The customer service was impeccable, and the whole process of booking was extremely easy. I highly recommend them for all of your extra Space storage needs! I would absolutely reconsider them again in the future any of my extra space storage needs!

I accidentally ordered a parking space online because i’m new to storage units, but when i arrived and shared my issue with Vince, he helped me get everything settled smoothly and quickly! He had amazing customer service and helped me solve my problem with ease so i could get my items moved! He even told me he’s had the same customers for 20 years! I really recommend this place to anyone who has storage needs.
We met with Vince and we're shown several spaces. He was wonderful and knowledgeable to work with. We had a great experience! Update, after 4 months our price was adjusted almost double. I went and spoke to Vince (wonderful problem solver) and he was able to lower it considerably, not what it was but a number I could live with. Im thrilled they worked with me!
