The facility at 2274 Northlake Center Dr in Tucker, GA is awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Manager Leon is helpful and ensure the building is kept up to specifications. I really appreciate him and all the hard work I see him perform when I am around storing my items. Not every Extra Space facility is as clean as this one. Some of which have huge rodent (rats) problems. I know cause I have rented units from them in the past 2 years. That speaks monuments of the staff at 2274.
I rented my unit online, but the one provided was not what I selected online. The Store Manager Tedera worked quickly and efficiently to get me a similar sized unit, on the first floor, for a similar price. Great experience, clean well air conditioned facility.
My experience here was great. I already have a storage unit with them, but I forgot the code to the door. Leon was very helpful with not only getting me my code and writing it on the card, but he also helped me find my code in the app as well so that I had it handy with me When I needed it. Overall, it’s been a great experience renting at this location.
Cerulian was so wonderful to work with! I came in to downsize my unit after moving and he took the time to walk with me to my unit and help me get the best size possible for the best price available! He was also so pleasant and patient while doing so! Wonderful service! I would recommend this location to everyone!

I wasn’t sure what size storage unit I needed, but CJ took the time to understand my situation and helped me find the perfect fit.
