Very great experience. The facility was very clean. The young lady that helped me named Kayla was very friendly and patient with me as I had several questions. I will definitely be back to rent a unit.
Called Extra Space Storage to get some information on a unit before moving to Tallahassee, spoke with Kayla and she was so helpful and very professional! You would of thought we knew each other our whole life!! She explained the different size units and pricing and then helped me figure out which unit would work best for me! I stopped by this location to inquire about renting a unit soon. The office is so clean and tidy! Kayla was very friendly, as well as knowledgeable about the different units and prices. I like this particular location and it's close to my home so that's a plus!
