RecommendedVery great experience. The facility was very clean. The young lady that helped me named Kayla was very friendly and patient with me as I had several questions. I will definitely be back to rent a unit.
Called Extra Space Storage to get some information on a unit before moving to Tallahassee, spoke with Kayla and she was so helpful and very professional! You would of thought we knew each other our whole life!! She explained the different size units and pricing and then helped me figure out which unit would work best for me! I will definitely be recommending Extra Space Storage and tell them to speak with Kayla!

I stopped by this location to inquire about renting a unit soon. The office is so clean and tidy! Kayla was very friendly, as well as knowledgeable about the different units and prices. I like this particular location and it's close to my home so that's a plus!

Just moved our stuff in today . Kayla was so helpful and very friendly , she made it a very easy move in. The unit was also very clean would definitely recommend if needing a storage unit .

They have the best customer service I've ever experienced!!! Extremely helpful and made everything very simple to navigate from out of state. Anyone who lives in Florida knows that the weather is unpredictable. They made sure that nothing damaged my unit and verified that my unit was locked correctly. They mentioned that several units had issues and they wanted to be sure they resolved all of them.
