I removed my belongings 2 days after placing. Please give me a full refund. This building was filthy dirty with other peoples junk & trash left out on every floor. The office bathroom barrel was overflowed with trash & the floor & toilet has fecal matter & urine everywhere. Peter was dishonest with his explanations to place me in the basement but then after I asked for a refund he put me on the 2nd floor as I was reserved for. Terrible approach to customer service They don't tell you the truth until you already sign up. Only two charts for a 150 unit facility. Only two elevators that I saw. All they seemed to want is a quick sale so they could get my money.
