Our storage space is super convenient it's around the corner and it's a drive up. We operate a business so this is a must. Over the last year the rates went up n up and we were prepared to fight and move out if the prices didn't stabilize...but, we called and spoke to Becca and she corrected our bill so we didn't have to find a new storage place that would probably be less convenient. My entire experience with extra space storage has been great! I was able to reserve a spot without paying for it in advance, and they kept it until I was able to get to Florida. Becca was more than accommodating… She answered every question and was able to negotiate with me and showed me my spot and took all the time that I needed so I was able to ask every question that I had. I haven’t parked my car there yet, so this is the check-in experience, and I’m hoping the rest of the experience is just as good!!!

I was originally a Life Storage customer until the recent merger with Extra Space. I found both staffs to be knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and well cared for, the entrance and exits are easy and secure. What I did not appreciate was that with the merger, my monthly rate was increased by $85! With no explanation as to why, nor expansion of services to warrant such an insane increase, I found that very off-putting.
