From the start, Alice has been a huge help in my moving situation. She is kind, knowledgeable and she works hard to keep the property maintained. Thank you for your assistance, Alice! The storage unit itself was great! It was just the right amount of space for the belongs from my one bedroom apartment. I believe I had a 10x10 unit. Clean environment and ease of use all around!
Alice is the manager at this location and she is the kindest lady I have ever met. She was very helpful in both moving us in during and moving us out of our units at this location. She maintains the cleanest storage units in the city of San Antonio. I cannot say enough nice things about her! I always felt very safe going into and out of the unit at any time of the day.
Alice the Store manager has always been so helpful and friendly every step of the way. I have always a fantastic experience at this storage facility thanks to the outstanding help I received. Alice goes above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and peace of mind!
Extra Space Storage is superbly maintained facility and very secure. But the shining star is the Manager, Alice, her warmth and attention to detail has really made the difference…5 yrs she has helped me on numerous occasions from losing keys, accepting packages and calling me when I have forgotten to lock my storage. If you’re looking for storage and want to be treated like a valued customer, this is the place to go—and ask for Alice!
By far the best storage experience I’ve ever had. The facility is in excellent condition, very clean and the air conditioning was perfect. Alice was beyond helpful in getting me organized and answering my questions. She deserves 10 stars.
