If you are a busy person like me this place is trash. There is a reason I have autopay because I travel so much. They refused to remove a late payment nor did I receive a notification about them not taking the payment via autopay. There was more than enough money to take that little payment out and the guy on the phone tried to blame my bank. Everything else on autopay came out fine! I constantly have this issue and I will be removing my things to another storage facility!
