Sold storage in a convenient location. The on-site employee was a pleasure and checkin was a breeze.
2nd Time as Good as the 1st! Perfect location for access for items I needed to secure ahead of time for my new apt move-in. Easy in, easy out access to my unit. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and easy to work with. Anytime I need storage in the future, I will certainly return once again to Uncle Bob's Storage. Highly recommend.

What I needed for a quick move The unit is humidity controlled vs climate controlled which allowed me to save money. The lady at the front desk was nice but seemed to not be having the best day and wouldn't let me do paperwork for the day before move in to save time and therefore a little more money. I was disappointed in that.
Experience was great, manager was very courteous and welcoming. Facility was presentable and easy to navigate.
It was nice. I went into the office after making a reservation. I was putting things in my unit in about 5 minutes.
I had used Uncle Bob's storage when I lived in south FL (Hollywood/Pembroke Pines area), and they were fantastic!! Outstanding customer service.. almost/kind of felt like we were all friends and family or something every time I went there.. real comfortable environment and stuff. So choosing Uncle Bob's again this time around wasn't a hard decision at all. This one's also like just the same as before I think.
