Gary was very helpful from the moment he answered my call and throughout the entire moving process. He had the ideal space for my things and it was ready upon move in. he was so kind to offer complimentary locks for both units. when I realized I purchased too much insurance he helped reduce it and swiftly processed a credit on my Visa. I wish all businesses operated this seamlessly.

Superior customer service. Needed help finding a place to put in A boat and they were able to accommodate us perfectly inside one of their spaces. Fantastic sweet ladies running the place.
Renter beware! Prices will accelerate quickly. Informed that our unit suffered damage due to busted pipes and they assumed no responsibility for loss. The renter's insurance policy sold to us is a joke. They offered less than 1/3 of the value of our loss. Do not use this facility.

Without any notification they went up on my monthly rent from $90 to $104. When I complained about it a manager called me back and told me that it's an industry-standard to automatically go up on the price when someone rents a unit. I talked to several other storage places in the area and they said that that was not their policy. I will move my stuff out of there. Advice to anyone thinking about using them is tp check to see how long they will honor the rate that they quote you.
