My experience was great ! Vince is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. You must be very proud to have a man of his caliber working for you. I only wish y’all would NOT increase your rent so often and increase the monthly price so HIGH! It is hard on Seniors!
Vince was super sweet and nice! He was very thorough and gave us a tour of the available storage units. The place was super nice and well kept and clean! Prices were great too! I highly recommend to everyone!
My experience with extra space storage has been awesome. Vince Watson is the man who signed me into my unit back in 2018. He has been a blessing to work with whenever I needed something or had questions. I am going to miss seeing him because I no longer need the storage. I'm moving on with my life and I'm moving from the area. He is a treasure of an employee. Don't lose him!
Extra Space Storage is great. It is very easy to obtain a unit online. When we arrived in Charleston our unit was ready for us. The office manager was friendly & helpful. The unit is very clean with an excellent lock system and lots of trolleys to make moving in super easy. We’re pleased with our rental…👍😊
Vince is the best, friendly and most helpful manager at the Mount Pleasant on 17 Extra Space Storage. My husband passed away and he helped me move my things into a new unit. There are so many great things I can say about Vince but again the is very understanding and patient.
