Not bad for price Really need to fix the busted doors at the loading dock - only two were available and the broken one looks really ghetto.

The on line application was very easy Only complaint is there was no one at the office during regular business hours to assist me when I made a reservation. The staff went home early I presume. Other than that the place seems ok, and the price was really good.

office closed more often than not, otherwise great While the whole system is based on being able to function without an help, it would still be most helpful if someone would be in the office, especially when you first sign up. However, the office is closed (why?) more often than not during business hours so that is where there is (a lot) of room for improvement.

Great deal & space I booked a great deal for my 5 x 9 unit on Sparefoot. I spoke with the store manager at Life Storage Chantilly, Shahana, who was very sweet and answered all my questions. The facility is very clean, well laid out, and climate controlled. My only complaint was that I was told I HAD to purchase their lock, which was $20. When I got up to my unit, I saw plenty of units locked up with the $6.99 locks you can buy on Amazon.
