Extra storage space is amazing! We needed a spot for a vehicle and boat. From the moment I called to showing up on property everything was seamless and completed in a timely manner. Martin at the property we are storing at is great and was wonderful to work with.
Martin was very friendly and helpful when reserving our storage unit today. He took us down to review the space and helped us with the safety lock. He was very thorough and explained the details of the rental agreement.
Property Mgr is friendly & professional, easy to work with. Property is clean and easy to access of R #17, however, they have a bird problem. My coach was covered, hood, sides, roof...bird poop! NOT happy about this issue that needs to be resolved. I moved to another facility after being there a while. Other issue is playing wack a mole with pricing, like dealing with a cable company. Would really prefer and appreciate the ability to get a fair price for an extended period of time.
Great experience, very friendly staff. Victor helped my wife and me with renting a storage unit and parking spaces. He showed us around, spent the time making sure we were happy with the locations and unit. Night and day difference from my prior experience when it was life storage. Glad to find a nearby storage facility that is reasonably priced and friendly. Thank you Victor 👍
