I am satisfied with this facility. When i spoke to them on the phone before arriving there, they were very polite and courteous . The staff was very eager to help me find the unit, and wanted to be sure that i was happy.
Exactly what we were looking for Really nice owner and space. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff The staff was friendly and very easy to work with. Im not fond of their hours of operation though. If you work a standard 9-5 job theres very little time available to get to your storage space.
Best in town Great all around, extremely pleasant, very helpful, proper pricing and very courteous.
LifeStorage Hamden review It was a little tough to find the office, but other than that, great experience. Staff was pleasant and friendly and accomodated me (I was in a hurry!)

Great value The check in was easy, the service was friendly and helpful. The storage unit was very large, we used it to store college items and we had plenty of room. It wasn't particularly clean and modern, but it was much cheaper than those places, so I wouldn't expect it to be as nice. The unit was clean and dry so I wasn't concerned about leaving our items. I can't give a complete review until we check out in August, but if things kept well, we will definitely be using this place again.
Good service and convenient moving Was able to pull up right to the door and had several carts to move all my stuff. Was surprised by the insurance fee though
