Dan and Whitney were very helpful in securing a spot for my boat at the Avon, Ohio facility. Dan took me on a tour of available spaces and logged the initial reservation. I've been here almost a year and have had no problems. I recently changed to a bigger unit and it was so easy and simple. I highly recommend this storage space. It's clean and easy to access.
I just want to say Michelle was wonderful. I left Space Shop because new management left the facility dirty and they are very rude. They have no idea what they’re doing when I went to extra Space. I talked to Michelle and even though she was not at The location I was looking to rent because I called the wrong number. She still helped me get a rental walked me through everything and insured me that it was clean. She even stayed after hours to help me finish my rental. She made the process so easy!
