This Storage facility is top notch! Very clean inside and out. Easy access into the entrance and to the door for the indoor units. I had a little difficulty with the scan of opening my actual unit. This would normally be extremely frustrating, but I was able to get help (on a Sunday) by getting on the phone with customer service. Once we determined we still could not get into the unit with the help of the customer service agent, the manager came in on her day off. They are wonderful! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and polite. The rep we dealt with, Waha, has even followed up with a call to be sure everything went well with our move in. It is secure clean and easy to get parked in.
