I am new to the area and I needed extra storage. When checking out Extra Storage I was very impressed. Not with just the storage area but about the customer service I received. Laura was a complete sweetheart and answered all my questions and concerns. I work in customer service myself so that is a big deal to me and because of her I decided to go with Extra Storage. To begin with, I have used few storages throughout my life and they have been subpar but here, I met Laura who by far expresses professionlism, she provides honest review and advice towards assisting me, she helped me with my setup and really was attentive and she shows that customer service is but one of the many great qualities here.
