Mike provides EXCELLENT customer service—always! Today, he went above and beyond to assist my mother and me. We arrived around 5:30 PM to drop some items off, just as Mike was preparing to leave. As he headed to his car, I asked if he would walk with us to our unit because we didn’t feel comfortable going alone. Without hesitation, he said, “No problem,” and walked with us. We were beyond grateful! Mike is kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful. He is truly the best!

We have loved Extra Storage and have used their services for several years. We cannot say enough good about them. They provide climate controlled storage at a reasonable rate. We highly recommend them.

We’ve used several storage facilities over the years, and Extra Space Storage in Wake Forest has easily been the best experience by far. The entire facility is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and climate-controlled, giving us peace of mind about the condition of our belongings. My journey began in New York, moving to Wake Forest NC. Renting unit at this facility, I was trying to locate my unit and became, basically lost. I did panic! I called the office, spoke with a gentleman named Mike. I told him where I was, he said stay put, he'd come to me. Well the elevator opened, he said Nancy. I said yes. Mr.Micheal was awesome ! He showed me the different size units so I could gauge which one would be big enough for my belongings. Once I chose one the process was smooth. I was in and out in under 20 minutes .
