I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean and well cared for. Chuck has been most helpful to me. He is very knowledgeable and patient. During the past year he has helped me gain unrestricted access to my storage unit during my spouse’s illness. He also provided assistance in transferring the unit to my name upon my spouse’s passing. There has been a refreshing change at ESS. The new manager answers the phone, keeps the outside neat, keeps the restroom and all floors clean and tidy. Chuck Mount I do NOT see the roach or mouse infestation any longer, which I brought up to the two prior managers with no results. I hope when the storage facility opens directly across the street that ESS will hold its long term multiple unit customers in the highest regard so they stay and not move because of price.
