Everything went very smooth and quick Both people there were very friendly and made the process quick.
Easy and efficient The service was great! Told me step by step how to move in and offered different services that I may need but was not pushing at all about getting them.
So far excellent experience overall but it hasn't been but a few days. Plenty of available handcarts to get stuff from unload to storage unit. Clean and well kept. Only minus is lack of light fixture in the storage unit itself -- you have to load/unload with the light available from the automatic hall lights. Bring a flashlight if you want to search boxes for something specific. Help is friendly and eager to please.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, reasonable rates - especially for climate control, no 30 day vacate notice required, no contract or automatic draft required, fairly new facility in Cedar Park so nice and clean.
Very helpful and friendly person servicing us. Great and clean storage building.
