Nice place super convenient for our needs! 38$ per month for the 5x5 however you don’t expect that up front it ends up being 100$ with all the fees they impose. However still a good and safe facility and front staff were very helpful.
Oscar with the Schaumburg Front office team was very helpful, he was great with explaining options and helping out with the details. Thanks to Oscar this process went very smoothly. Looking forward to using the Schaumburg location.
I went there to purchase a climate control 5x5 storage unit and the units were very nice. Matt the one who works there is good at explaining everything and answering any questions. When I was there he was also paying lots of attention to security cameras and makes sure things are locked before he leaves all while explaining how everything works
Worst storage experience ever! Scam pricing online! I reserved a unit online. I have screenshot of price advertised, price changed in confirmation. Called location to verify they would honor price advertised and scheduled a look at unit. Arianna advised once I was there that she couldn't do anything without manager approval. She advised me to come back the next day to speak to Matt Lecount. When I followed up as directed.
