Update: after 4 months being there, they are already increasing the price after I specifically asked if they increase often, from 115 to 192, pretty sad. Can't wait to get back into my house after being flooded by Helene to move out of there, not happy right now.. I was looking to store items after Helene and called and I believe it was Chris that I spoke to, he helped so much and gave me a great rate. All paperwork was smooth and had storage same day. Fantastic customer service from Robert at the W. Waters location! I’ve had this storage unit for 3+years. Clean facilities, well-maintained - never flooded! - and consistently excellent service from Robert! Highly recommend!
Great experience and working with their office staff is always easy.
What an easy smooth process. Needed a unit after Helene and was able to do it all online. Next day I simply follow directions and there is a lock and key waiting on me to move in.
Store manager Robert is amazing manager. Working things out for me when I was at my lowest point. Extra space storage is awesome!!!!
