Fantastic customer service from Robert at the W. Waters location! I’ve had this storage unit for 3+years. Clean facilities, well-maintained - never flooded! - and consistently excellent service from Robert! Highly recommend!
I was looking to store items after Helene and called and I believe it was Chris that I spoke to, he helped so much and gave me a great rate. All paperwork was smooth and had storage same day. I also have spoken to Robert, he's very responsive as well. Great job guys!
What an easy smooth process. Needed a unit after Helene and was able to do it all online. Next day I simply follow directions and there is a lock and key waiting on me to move in.
I have had multiple units here for 10+ years and cannot say enough good things about this location. Everyone that works here is so friendly and attentive, and the grounds are clean and safe. I highly recommend this spot for all of your storage needs!
