Paulina Rocks Paulina really went above and beyond what was required to help me help someone else with getting a storage at a late hour on a Sunday afternoon. She not only waited and completed but she had the greatest personality and was so helpful to us. I would recommend this location and this company to anyone looking for storage units.
Decent prices compared to everyone else for the size and good customer svc Woman at front desk was nice and very attentive and helpful. She explained everything she possibly could and was available to answer any questions we had.
The office smelled from the bathroom. The "air conditioned unit seems humid and there are no lights in the unit, Kinda dark.
Everything ok
Thank goodness Ryan was there and able to help. Great customer service. My household goods arrived at 5:45pm in a semi tracker trailer. The driver could not drive in and back up so Ryan found another unit for me. Ryan also stayed until everything was unloaded and truck left. Thank you so much Ryan.
Ryan and Paulina were both great
A number of their facilities were short staffed that day. We had to call the main customer service line to get someone to go from another facility to help us open our unit. Pleasant experience from staff once they arrived. Should experience no further problems now that we have a code and entry to our unit.
Broken into My storage unit was broken into and I did not receive a single phone call or voicemail despite what their "records" say. The lady in the office was of no help just saying that her managers wouldn't lie and basically said that I am lying. I had to hear about this on the news and the only reason the news was on because I didn't change the channel after a sporting event was over.
