Renting a unit was easy on the website and provided a better rate. Once on-site, the manager took me to see the unit, Unexpectedly, there was a pipe running through it. The manage found another unit the same size without a pipe and I was able to rent that unit instead of the one I chose on the website. The manager is very friendly and she was helpful in providing me the information I needed. I recommend this storage facility.
