Superior ++ experience. Extra space Lake Bluff has very professional and conscientious management - it is a pleasure to deal with this location. Kristen in particular is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the property. I’ve rented from two other national Self Storage brands previously and I’ll never deal with anybody other than Extra Space because of Kristen.

I had a great experience with Michael at Extra Space Storage! He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I found the right unit for my needs. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained. Michael made the whole process quick and easy—I highly recommend working with him!

I do love this location. The employees are great, I've been here for a year about now, and Brittany is friendly and very helpful She was able to get me a better rate on my current unit after the rate went up a few times since renting out a unit. Jose was also there last month, filling in from another location, and he was also super great and helpful with some questions I had. Thank you!

This is my second time using this storage facility, and once again, the experience was smooth and hassle-free. The registration process was quick and straightforward. The facility is clean, well-maintained, secure and better kept than other nearby storage options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable storage solution.
