Where to start. First they get you in the door with a great offer then jack the prices up on you randomly. Had my unit a little over a year and the price was reasonable at 111 dollars a month. Every time they jacked the price up it would add an extra 80 dollars a month. They say they can get you a better price if you call and tell them but who wants to call and argue about them jacking up the price every time they do it. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! Worst storage facility EVER!!! They start you off at a low monthly rate to get you in the door...and if you ask how long it will be before they raise that rate they lie to you!!! They will tell you 6-9 months, but the truth is that they consistently double the rates every 2-3 months. And they don't care if you ask for lower rates or less of an increase...they raise it no matter what. They even admitted that they want constant turnover. I’ve had the same storage unit for almost 9 years. My price didn’t change for the first 5 at least. Then it kept getting bought out and going up. okay, I get it, Prices go up, but it continues to go up with zero warning or communication. It went from $116 to $134 in July of last year. I’ve received no emails, no calls, no mail notice warning me of this. I logged in today to pay my $134 that’s due May 1st and it is suddenly $183. The White House branch has been excellent with clean facility, easy instructions and large units. I am so impressed with the staff noticed I left my door up and lock off. They closed my door notified me immediately and called me I was gonna be a couple days before I could get there they locked it for me and gave me a chance to get there to secure my items. The customer service is polite and professional and seeing they caught that I know they ride and secure there areas which shows me they do excellent work.
I am so pleased with this company working with Mike was a pleasure. He was the nicest and most friendly guy I could have meet. He explained everything to me throughly. I am very satisfied and made the best decision on choosing this storage. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Very kind guy. I left out the door smiling. 😊
