Wonderful and easy experience moving in from the start! When I arrived a I was greeted and helped by two very nice employees! I was moving into my unit alone and had never done anything like this before so I was literally helped step by step! Such a blessing!

Nice people The local Portsmith Location had told me I could come move my stuff into my new storage unit anytime within the first 36 hours after paying online. But when I paid online the website displayed the regular hours of 6 AM to 10 PM. When I call the 24 hour number at 10:01 PM they also told me that I can’t into the facility after 10 PM. When I call the local office again in the morning they said that the 24 hour number was wrong, and that I could have gone anytime within the first 36 hours.
Clean efficient and convenient units Great customer service, friendly efficient move in briefing. Unit clean, well lit and dry. Drive up access to lift seems clunky but works better than interior elevators used in other facilities as long as unit is not busy.
