Had good experience, no complains I didn't have any issues. It worked out good for me.
I wanted to see the storage unit before I signed the paperwork the storage area was clean but the door did not work quite right. Fortunately I had a couple of days before I was going to need the storage unit. he called before I finish the paperwork and made arrangements to fix the door that day and call me later in the day let me know the unit was ready. this was excellent customer service and I was also impressed with the security cameras throughout the storage areas. it went very well this was my fisrt time renting a unit and it was way better than i expected
Storage unit was still locked by the facility when we were ready to move in, had taken off work, and rented a uhaul all to just not be able to move in because of someone's carelessness! All I received on my account was a $20 credit when a lot more money was lost! Will be calling corporate. Otherwise the unit was reasonably priced.
