Really like this place. Super clean, wll maintained and take security seriously. Many other places seem to have sketchy individuals following people in, but don’t have that happen here. The lady running this location is also amazingly helpful and always super friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s people like that who make us come back or recommend the company to others. Great job all round.
Perfect! Christine was Professional and has great Customer Relations skills. I booked a 10x20 for 4 months online. I arrived and expected a harsh up-sale of locks, insurance and other things I don't want or need but Christine put my anxiety to rest. After seeing my Insurance, agreed additional was not required and also returned the lock fee as I had my own, no issues!!! I was able to add 1 additional month to the rental at the Web Rate. Very nice, and quiet. We were looking to store my son’s stuff after he graduated, and found the perfect space here!
Rented my space online and it was easy. The amazing employee met me at the front gate and drove me to my spot, showed how to use the elevator and had my lock and keys ready for me. It took all of 5 minutes to get checked in.
Chryshilla was such a delight to deal with. She is very responsive and always quick to answer any questions. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
