Awesome location and superb customer service. Crystal goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Super clean and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who needs a storage facility.

This is a nice place but their rates increase regularly and rapidly. My rates have gone up 58% in the last 18 or so months.

I moved my things into this place due to their great rate, but wait! I moved into their smallest space for about 50 bucks including insurance. Then a couple of months later they hijacked the price to nearly 100 dollars. I was so shocked I nearly passed out from sticker shock. I spoke to the regional manager who told me some nonsense about the price depends upon availability and blah, blah bullpookie. One of the elevators is always broken and they rarely have hand trucks available. Very inconvenient. How am I supposed to load car loads of things into my unit? I run a small business so I have to move things back and forth very often. These issues are persistent.
This place is unbelievable. Zero customer service. EVERY time I come here there are no carts to be found. The last time this happened, I called the office asking them to help me find a cart so I could move my heavy items, and Gabby basically tells me it's not her problem and I have to search the whole complex myself because "there are only 3."
