New ownership, but same average storage. This used to be a LifeStorage and we have been renting here through the transition. It has been somewhat smooth and we have a rate that has been locked in for sometime without crazy rent increases. They added a new building that is to the left as you enter the property which is really nice looking, but our unit is in the back and in one of the older sides of the property. Awesome location and superb customer service. Crystal goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Super clean and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who needs a storage facility.

Rats, droppings and urine ruined 3 sofas. They know they have a problem and fail to tell or warn customers. Terrible customer service!

Rats in the storage ruined 3 sofas. Terrible place. Do not rent from them. We also found a dead rat in our unit and the employees said they knew there was a problem and they didn't notify their tenants. The bullshit reponse below is automatic. I called they don't care!!

They have rats. Do not rent from them. They knew about the rat problem and didn't tell us. We found a dead rat in our storage as well as Rat poop and pee on three couches. All destroyed.The response from Extra Space to this post is lip service. I called and they said it was not their responsibility to keep rats out

This is a nice place but their rates increase regularly and rapidly. My rates have gone up 58% in the last 18 or so months.

I moved my things into this place due to their great rate, but wait! I moved into their smallest space for about 50 bucks including insurance. Then a couple of months later they hijacked the price to nearly 100 dollars. I was so shocked I nearly passed out from sticker shock. I spoke to the regional manager who told me some nonsense about the price depends upon availability and blah, blah bullpookie. One of the elevators is always broken and they rarely have hand trucks available. Very inconvenient. How am I supposed to load car loads of things into my unit? I run a small business so I have to move things back and forth very often. These issues are persistent.
