You gotta admit renting out storage is not always fun or easy but Kat and Dave do world class job I left the office like I had been talking to new neighbors , Great Job Great Employees, very clean facilities and very professional thank you for doing a great job. I strongly advise against using Extra Space Storage at this location. I experienced theft, and the locks they sell offer little to no real security. They frequently raise rental prices without prior notice and still impose late fees—even when you pay on the actual due date. I was also promised a gift card in exchange for leaving a positive review, which I never received—clear false advertising. The customer service here is amazing. Kate and Dave helped out so much! Kate gave detailed and exact info over the appropriate unit for what we needed and Dave was an amazing help getting us settled in our unit. While moving stuff around today they both made sure everything was going good with our unit and that we were happy.
I loved storing my stuff here! it is very easy to move in and out. dave was super kind and helpful. the air conditioning is very nice as well! all my stuff was in perfect condition.
