The customer service in the office to get the unit was great!! The unit was clean… We rented our unit on a Saturday, loaded our truck on Sunday and went to the storage to unload our stuff and could not get in the gate. There were others there having the same problem. It was really aggravating to have to take all our stuff back to our old storage place and unload it
