I frequently hear that customer service is a vanishing species. Well there is good news, it's not extinct yet. I learned that today when Jaime took the time to make me feel appreciated and patiently walked me through the rental process. It was a revelation. She was thoughtful and kind. She even drove me over to look at my new storage space in a golf cart. How cool is that? It made the rental experience fun. Jamie, of both storage locations in Chester NY, conducted business in a friendly and professional manner. She was very helpful, informative, and knew her business. I was on the fence to go farther from home or stay within 2.5 miles with the same storage provider. Jamie was more accommodating to my needs and listened. My experience was excellent! Jaime was amazing, I was having a problem securing the unit I wanted and because Jaime took the time to investigate and rectify the issue I now have the correct size unit for my needs. Additionally, she assured me that if I encounter any problems in the future she is available to help. Outstanding customer service was received thanks to her dedication.
