Wow just WOW! Besides the brand new, highly secure and very clean facility. What an amazing customer service experience here! I'm moving soon and needed a place to store my belongings for the time being, A friend recommended this storage center as it had just opened and was offering deals and promotions. You get so much for the price,especially if you can get a discount deal. Everyone that I dealt with both over the phone and in person were very friendly and knowledgeable. Getting my storage bins was fast and easy. The building and bins are very clean,the elevators are large and tall,we had 5 people and 3 trolleys piled high in the elevator. They have very large bay doors for you to pull your car,truck,van or U-haul into so you can unload. This has been a very pleasant experience so far.
Jamie your manager was very helpful with showing me the lockers and making suggestions. By time I left she had convinced me that this is the storage locker location that I wanted to be. I signed up right after talking with her on the web and stop back into the store before leaving she was even more helpful than before. Thank you, Jamie.
Staff is always friendly. Tyler was great, helped me with a smile. Definitely recommended these guys. It's well lit and clean. Security is awesome 👌
Came here in August when I had to move everything was great but after storing my things fo 3.5 months wasn't aware they can double your rent. I wanted to keep it a long time but can't do the doubled rent .will be vacating didn't see on reviews about anyone else getting a higher rent.This is the Extra space storage on South Ave. BTW Tyler was very nice and answered my questions.
