I really like this facility. It's always well kept, clean, secure, no issues at all in that regard. There's two things I would recommend however. 1. I would recommend accessible bathrooms (if they're here there's nothing that's clearly labeled so that I've seen it - I've been here probably 100 times since 2024). 2. I would recommend adjusting the passcode so that instead of having to put in eight numbers and two special characters every time (every single time I walk in and out, I have to re-input my long passcode).. and... read more
Becky was very nice, understanding, and accommodating! I had gotten my storage unit online, but didn't realize it was on the second floor, and I had to use the elevator to get to it. After being stuck in many elevators, Becky assisted me in getting a ground floor storage unit. The facility is very clean and inviting. if you're in need of a rental, look no forward! Becky will help you with all of your needs!

Becky was so sincere and nice! & so was Todd! amazing STAFF... They walked me through everything when I came in the building and helped me with everything I needed to know! Very kind staff
