We had a great experience renting a unit from Extra Space Storage today! Todd was super helpful navigating the online lease process and was more than generous with his time giving an overview of the facility. And THE RATES ARE FAIR! Extra Space Storage does not price gouge and the product is on par with other facilities and better than most. Go see Todd if you want to see what good customer service looks like. You will save money too!

Stopped by this week as I had been watching the renovations of the building for several weeks. Todd was there having his lunch in the breakroom & was very responsive in talking with me on the phone. He readily came & unlocked the door & gave me a tour of the facility & answered all my questions & concerns.
