have to leave 5 stars because where do i start? first off, Brandon was an amazing help and made the process super easy! the man knows what he's doing! the facility is clean and looks way better than the other storage place i went to before i came here. extra space storage and Brandon are dope!!

I was here for three years moved several times within the facility never had issue. they went up on the rent which is crazy but I would just transfer to a new unit and get the new rates which is typically cheaper then if you been a loyal tenant. crazy Ik on my move out day i leave a trash bag outside my car. And was charged 80$ to my account for a quarter filled trash bag. These places are money hungry and it's gross. 40$ okay maybe even 50 $. Crazy !! The carts are broken, elevator was down for days and we were in the middle of a move and could not get access to our unit for a week!! For $170 this is unacceptable. Why aren't there more than 2 carts? Why are the carts in good working condition? Why are the only 2 carts always up front and none for the back door? This is a big facility and it should have more and better accommodations for the price point. I don't like storing my items but this place is clean and close by.

If you're arriving after biz hours, bring your own cart to load or unload. They store them here in the admin office overnight, which means if you arrive late you'll be unloading your U-Haul one fucking box at a time. Ask me how I know! The gate to get in and out of the elevator is also a huge PITA. If someone is on the elevator and you put in your code on the first floor, the gate will time out and you have to wait for the other person to get on or off.
