Gentleman at the front was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The check in process was seamless and the facility is extremely clean and maintained.

Paul is super nice :) We stored our stuff here for a few months - couldn't have asked for a better experience (did a temperature-controlled unit) except, maybe it would be nice if there was access to a restroom lol.

Moving from California to Austin for my stepson, we ended up having an issue with our move in / a rental. Disgusted, my wife and I needed a place to hold our brand new items and furniture for the time being until everything was settled. Choosing this location, we had been greeted by the best person on earth, Paul. We were a little nervous about putting our stuff in storage for over a month but I don't know what we were worried about. The place is super clean, safe and air conditioned. Paul at the front was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our questions and concerns. He definitely deserves a raise. If you're looking for storage I would definitely recommend keeping your stuff here.
This facility is so clean and feels very safe. Paul got us set up with our unit and he was extremely helpful and kind. He showed us where the bathrooms are located and how to enter through the main doors. He had everything ready for us when we arrived. There are many options for units and the lease could be signed easily online. Such a great experience!

The service was easy and convenient. I called in and set the account up over the phone and I like that they email you everything and leave your lock and 3keys in your locker in case no one's in the office. They also have an app to open the doors (baby that number is damn near as long as my social lol) very helpful staff as well

Huge shout out to the manager Austin! Unlike most people I encounter throughout my day, Austin genuinely made me feel like he cared. The moment he saw me, he came over, chatted, and--get this--knew my name before I even told him! Paul is excellent, ever since he started here the facility is always cleaned. The halls, units, bathrooms... everything is in order. He responds when the phone is called and has kept my packages safe with Extra Space Storage delivery system. Very efficient worker, hope he is treated well and remains at this location. Thankful for his service and positive attitude.
