I needed a storage unit last minute and I am so grateful I chose to store my belongings here. From the beginning, Paul was extremely helpful, honest, and genuinely just so kind to me throughout the entire process of getting me set up with a unit. Even though their competitors down the street said that they all opened at 9am, futily calling and waiting for them to respond to no avail led me to Extra Space Storage. I was overly satisfied with Paul's fantastic customer service and expertise. He not only let me in a couple of minutes before their official open time out of courtesy, but we also had a great conversation and he got me squared away in no time. Definitely will consider going to their franchises on my next traveling endeavor!
Paul McKinney was very helpful and professional. He offed me different options based my needs to make my decision. He is very knowledgeable about the company, the services, and the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend the company and the representative for any acolades to retain good quality employees.
This storage has been up-kept and hands down the best experience with a rental facility. It always comes down to the person in charge and Paul is the Man!
