I stopped in Monday on my lunch break and had prepared myself for a bummer of a lunch but by the time I left I was actually in a better mood. The facility on Be White was immaculate! Paul was so friendly and helpful and made me feel like he was actually happy I was there and answered my questions with just enough info and confidence. I rented a great room and I’m 99% sur e that I’m gonna be stopping by the front desk whenever I come by just to say hi to Paul. He makes ya feel good.
Knowledgeable staff! Quick and easy move in. One thing though, there is very few moving carts so if you need one you have to wait until someone is done using one or get lucky and arrive first! The wheels on the carts also don't lock so moving heavy things on the inclined driveway is a fun game. Super great price point and in a calm quiet location!
My car decided to quit on Memorial Day weekend, leaving me stranded with a cranky 5-year-old in the heat. Thankfully, the staff at Extra Spaces Storage went above and beyond. They welcomed us into their cool, inviting lobby and offered water, making a stressful situation much more manageable. the facility is spotless, they have many layers of protection, the manager here is on top of everything. Super super friendly and helpful staff all thanks to the manager. Bathrooms and water fountain readily available everywhere. Best storage company I have ever come across!
