The storage facility and unit was nice, they had good security systems in place, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. However, their business practices are deceiving. It is pretty much bait and switch if you are going to store for more than a few months. The unit I rented went from $96 to $217 within 8 months. I immediately moved out and went to a nearby competitor. There is no way I would ever recommend this place to anyone due to their apparent deception.
I don't usually leave reviews, but the workers at this location have been astoundingly kind and professional from the very beginning. Opening a unit was super easy, and they let me know that although the online rate is cheaper in the beginning the in person rate is more sustainable for longer-term storage. I had a brief issue with my unit which they took care of as soon as it was brought to their attention and provided me a small credit to make up for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this property!
I rented a storage unit today as a new customer. The staff member there today was phenomenal he showed me unit options and provided great service. I am glad I switched from public storage to this place. Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely recommend.
Emily at the Fort Lowell Rd location is the type of employee any company would dream of having. She went above and beyond to remedy a mistake made by someone else. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. As an out of state renter she put my mind at ease that everything was taken care of. Thanks a million!
