THE perfect storage place in San Marcos. Near the outlet mall! Clean! Great customer service. Climate Controlled! I have 6 units here. lol.
Got a great offer and easy to make reservation. Did everything online. Convenient. They called me to work cancellation as well. My only frustration was that I was told that I could use a lock I owned, but when my grandson got there, the lock was not in a package and he was told it was part of the price, so I didn't get my $20 back for a lock I didn't really need. Overall it was great.
Love the ease of access and the friendly helpful staff. I was disappointed that they don’t offer extensions on the amount of insurance they offer for purchase.
