We tried to book the storage online but it didn't give us an option to click that we already had our own lock. Went to the office and Carla was amazing! Right off the back her personality was energetic, informative, and helpful. We got refunded on the lock and she gave us a tour of our unit. Everything was quick and easy. My favorite part of the whole process was seeing which football team she roots for, lol. WHO DAT! ⚜️ Very convenient location, clean area, and nice staff.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Carla was exceptional. It was a rough time personally for me, but she was wonderful and very caring. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. Thank you. Would highly recommend this storage facility.
Very well maintained facility, Carla is just the kind of person I want looking after my needs and my property. We rented a space and hope to have a long relationship with this company, Carla projects the right corporate culture in an America that in recent years doesn’t even feel like America, genuine customer care! I highly recommend this property.
Even though I didn’t end up renting a unit, I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Carla. She was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and professional. If I ever do need storage in the future, I’ll definitely come back because of the excellent service she provided!
I just wanted to stop by and say thank you to Carla. Not only was she professional, she was also thoughtful. My friend was helping me unload the uhaul, Carla came out and offered us some water. Y’all already know how Texas heat can get. She made my rental experience stress free. Moving can be a challenge. It was nice to have someone as helpful as Carla was.
