The worker there was great her name was Whitney her customer service was outstanding, and the storage was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage!!
Service is great. Plenty of hours to move things in and out. Billing is straightforward and easy to understand. Managers are helpful and units are pretty big. Whitney is also a great manager and is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I had the absolute BEST experience with this storage unit, and it's all because of the manager, Whitney!! She is truly outstanding!!! She was helpful, attentive, and really funny too. It was actually a pleasure to go to my storage unit. The unit itself was clean, easy to access, and very secure. I'm a little sad I don't still need a storage unit, but if the need ever arises, I'll go back to this one without hesitation. They gave everything a fresh coat of paint and it looks fabulous. The security is excellent. They work with us, who have been using the facility for many years. I appreciate their personal touch.
