I had the absolute BEST experience with this storage unit, and it's all because of the manager, Whitney!! She is truly outstanding!!! She was helpful, attentive, and really funny too. It was actually a pleasure to go to my storage unit. The unit itself was clean, easy to access, and very secure. I'm a little sad I don't still need a storage unit, but if the need ever arises, I'll go back to this one without hesitation. Whitney was super helpful with the process! She was nice, friendly and gave us all the information we needed before letting us do our thing. I loved that she called and talked with me over the phone, was quick to answer when I called and ready to greet us when we got there! The storage place was very clean as well when we looked at it!

Facility is always clean and workers are very nice. Climate control was nice also. I have had a unit here twice now, the second for over a year and a half and only problem is they up the rent on your unit so often. Mine jumped almost $75 at one time so it forced me to move everything out into a cheaper unit at a different location. $172 for a 10x10 is too much. It is a nice facility but over priced.
