We signed up for a storage unit today and Jenn at the N. Beacon location was super informative over the phone and even more helpful when we arrived in person. We chose this location because years ago we rented a unit here and had a positive experience. At that time it was managed by Public Storage and Extra Storage took over in May 2024. We were very pleased with our experience and appreciate the exceptional service provided by Jenn.
I have used Extra Space Storage and Life Storage facilities for my business and personal use for over 5 years. I recently moved to Massachusetts and rented at another facility first before moving to the Extra Space Storage in Brighton. Wonderful customer service. Answered all our questions and gave us a tour. Felt like a safe place to leave stuff, cameras on premises. Easy to reach by phone.
I rented a unit over the summer with a friend and was out of town during the entire ordeal. I recommend only speaking to the manager as some of the other staff have been less than friendly. Speaking with Taylor yesterday caused me unnecessary anxiety and stress as she didn’t even try to look at the notes on my account when I spoke with her about what was going on with my unit.
