Jenn B. was fantastic when helping me find a storage. Her customer service was excellent. She was kind, understanding and patient. Now that I am moving and have to cancel my storage, she was just as helpful and able to accommodate all my needs. She is truly a great person and clearly loves what she does! We signed up for a storage unit today and Jenn at the N. Beacon location was super informative over the phone and even more helpful when we arrived in person. We chose this location because years ago we rented a unit here and had a positive experience. At that time it was managed by Public Storage and Extra Storage took over in May 2024. We were very pleased with our experience and appreciate the exceptional service provided by Jenn.

I have used Extra Space Storage and Life Storage facilities for my business and personal use for over 5 years. I recently moved to Massachusetts and rented at another facility first before moving to the Extra Space Storage in Brighton. Thank you Jenn..:). Due to not feeling comfortable at the other storage facility, I stopped by yesterday. Just like most people said in reviews, Jenn was helpful enough to explain everything patiently and help me to find a storage space. Personally, I rented 4 storages at different locations before, I have never seen anyone like Jenn, who is so dedicated to her role as store manager to try her best to make sure the storage facility is safe and secure for everyone!
