We have only been associated with this facility for about 3 weeks, but i fell like i have known Jen forever! She provided me with great customer service today over the phone and made me feel like family! I highly recommend this facility based not only from my experience it the rave review from fellow BU parents. Jenn B. was fantastic when helping me find a storage. Her customer service was excellent. She was kind, understanding and patient. Now that I am moving and have to cancel my storage, she was just as helpful and able to accommodate all my needs. She is truly a great person and clearly loves what she does! After all the stress of searching for a storage for my daughter's college move, I felt very happy and fortunate to have found someone like Jenn.
