I recently started utilizing Extra Space in Boston managed by Jen and have had nothing but a pleasant experience! In a world where customer service is only declining, Jen took time to go above and beyond. She explained everything clearly to me and even took the time to walk me to my unit and show me where everything is. Knowing their is a caring manager makes me feel even more comfortable storing my items here!
This is an excellent business, and I am so glad that I chose this particular location because the manager, Jenn, is fantastic. The building is immaculate, the entry system is high tech and convenient, everything works perfectly, the unit was clean and easy to access, and even the bathrooms are clean. I can't recommend highly enough.
On a steamy 95° day I discover I lost my key to my unit. Ugh. A situation like this could cost you up to $100 and take an hour or more to resolve. Jennifer B, the manager, understood my situation, and could not have been more helpful, thoughtful, fast, or thorough. Jennifer immediately suited up for some work with a dewalt-hand-tool-grinder and proceeded to safely cut off my lock within five minutes like a pro. My new lock fit perfect and I was done. Thank. We have only been associated with this facility for about 3 weeks, but i fell like i have known Jen forever! She provided me with great customer service today over the phone and made me feel like family! I highly recommend this facility based not only from my experience it the rave review from fellow BU parents. ( Facebook group) thank you Jen and i will be shouting your name for at least the next 4 years
Jenn B. was fantastic when helping me find a storage. Her customer service was excellent. She was kind, understanding and patient. Now that I am moving and have to cancel my storage, she was just as helpful and able to accommodate all my needs. She is truly a great person and clearly loves what she does!
